About GlaMap

One marketplace, clearer context for every side.

GlaMap is a technology marketplace for finding, comparing, and booking eligible local services where the platform and providers make them available.

Who it is for

Built around three marketplace perspectives.

Each audience uses different parts of GlaMap, with access depending on location, account status, provider configuration, and feature availability.

  • Customers

Discover and compare eligible stores and independent professionals, then request or book an available service where supported.

  • Stores and businesses

Present eligible services, availability, and team information, and manage a claimed listing after the applicable authority and evidence review.

  • Independent professionals

Create a professional profile and, where required, submit license information and a supporting document for review. Submission does not promise approval or bookability.

How the marketplace works

From discovery to a confirmed status.

GlaMap organizes the marketplace journey while providers remain responsible for the underlying services.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

Search for supported service categories and providers. Results and availability vary by location, provider settings, and current platform coverage.

  2. Step 2

    Compare

Review listing details, services, displayed availability, and applicable status labels. Provider-supplied and source data can change and may require confirmation.

  3. Step 3

    Book

Choose an eligible service and available time. A booking is confirmed only when GlaMap displays or communicates a confirmed status, and disclosed provider policies may apply.

Trust with context

Signals that explain a status, not a guarantee.

GlaMap may display trust information to make marketplace context easier to understand. Every signal has a defined meaning and a limit.

  • Store verification

    What it means
A displayed store status reflects the checks completed for that specific store or listing under the requirements tied to that status.
    What it does not mean
It is not an endorsement, a promise of service quality, or a guarantee that every listing field remains current. The meaning applies only to the displayed status.
  • Freelancer license and KYC submission

    What it means
The freelancer KYC workflow may ask an independent professional to submit license information and a supporting document for review where required.
    What it does not mean
Submission or review does not promise approval or bookability, guarantee that a license remains valid, qualify someone for every service, or promise a particular service outcome.
  • Booking-linked reviews

    What it means
When a review is shown as booking-linked, its eligibility is connected to a GlaMap booking record and remains subject to the Community & Review Policy.
    What it does not mean
A booking link does not guarantee that every statement is accurate, prove universal authenticity, or replace moderation and user judgment.
  • Business claims

    What it means
A person representing a business may submit information and supporting evidence of their authority for review before gaining control of an eligible listing.
    What it does not mean
An approved claim does not establish legal ownership of the business, certify every listing detail, or mean that GlaMap endorses the business.

Responsibilities

What GlaMap is responsible for.

GlaMap operates the technology marketplace and the platform functions it provides. Independent providers supply the underlying services.

A practical division of responsibility

  • GlaMap manages the marketplace product, this website’s content, platform rules, account tools, discovery and booking workflows, and the public support channel.
  • Providers are responsible for their services, conduct, qualifications, licensing, descriptions, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable law.
  • Features, providers, services, and booking options can vary by location, provider or account status, configuration, and current platform availability.
